બનાસકાંઠા જિલ્લાના ભાભર તાલુકાના કુવાળા ગામે આવેલ લોકનિકેતન શાળામાં આશરે બે મહિનાથી 560 સાયકલ પડી પડી ખરાબ થઈ સાયકલ કોઈ લઈ જતું નથી અને કોઈ પણ ભાડું પણ આપવામાં આવ્યું નથી.

બનાસકાંઠા જિલ્લાના ભાભર તાલુકાના કુવાળા ગામે આવેલ લોકનિકેતન શાળામાં આશરે બે મહિનાથી 560 સાયકલ પડી પડી ખરાબ થઈ રહી છે. 

સ્કૂલના આચાર્ય મુજબ આશરે આ બે મહિનાથી અહીં સ્કૂલમાં જ્યારે વેકેશન હતું ત્યારે આશરે ૫૬૦ સાયકલ અહીંયા મૂકી ગયેલ છે અને સાયકલ મુકવા માટે જગ્યાનું ભાડું પણ આપવામાં આવશે. પરંતુ પછી વારંવાર ફોન કરવા છતાં આ સાયકલ કોઈ લઈ જતું નથી અને કોઈ પણ ભાડું પણ આપવામાં આવ્યું નથી. 

સૂત્રો મુજબ આ સાયકલો ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા સરસ્વતી સાધના યોજના અંતર્ગત કન્યાઓને આપવામાં આવે છે પરંતુ ઘણા સમયથી આ સાયકલોનું વિતરણ ન થતા એજન્સીઓ પર ઘણા સવાલો પણ ઉઠી રહ્યા છે.

As many as 560 bicycles of Saraswati Sadhana Yojana at Lokoniketan school in Kuwala village of Bhabhar taluka eat dust. 

For nearly two months, 560 bicycles have been falling into disrepair at Lokoniketan School in Kuwala village of Bhabhar taluka in Banaskantha district.

According to the principal of the school, about 560 bicycles have been kept here during the school vacation for about two months and the rent of the space for placing bicycles will also be given. But then despite repeated calls, no one takes this bicycle and no rent has been given. 

According to sources, these bicycles are given to girls under the Saraswati Sadhana Yojana by the Gujarat government, but many questions have been raised on the agencies not distributing these bicycles for a long time.
