વડોદરા ખાતે યોજાયું 'માનવ મૂલ્યોને રંગ-રેખાઓ દ્વારા સાકારીત કરતાં ચિત્રોનું પ્રદર્શન’ કલા સરલા 2025 

શ્રીમતી સરલાદેવી મઝુમદાર દ્વારા આજથી પચાસથી વધારે વર્ષ પૂર્વે સર્જિત વાસ્તવદર્શી શૈલીનાં 100 જેટલાં ચિત્રોનું પ્રદર્શન આજે તા. ૧૨મી માર્ચના દિવસે મ.સ.યુનિવર્સિટીની ફાઈન આર્ટ્સ વિભાગની આર્ટ ગેલરીમાં ખુલ્લું મૂકાયું, આ ચિત્રપ્રદર્શનનું ઉદ્દઘાટન કલાતીર્થ ટ્રસ્ટ, સુરતના અધ્યક્ષ અને કલામર્મજ્ઞ રમણિકભાઈ ઝાપડિયા દ્વારા થયું આ પ્રસંગે મ..સ. યુનિવર્સિટના એપ્લાઇડ આર્ટસ વિભાગના અધ્યક્ષ, કશ્પભાઈ પરીખની વિશેષ ઉપસ્થિતિ હતી.

આ ચિત્ર પ્રદર્શન વિશેનો અભિપ્રાય આપતા રમણિકભાઈ ઝાપડિયાએ જણાવ્યું કે માનવ જીવનનાં જીવનમૂલ્યો રંગો વડે જીવનમાં સાકારિત કરીને પરમપદને પામવાનો લ્હાવો સાચા અર્થમાં મુક્તિ જ હોઈ શકે. સમગ્ર કાર્યમાં ધીરજ, ખંત અને રંગો સાથેનું સાયુજ્ય આપણને કલાવૈભવની પ્રતીતિ કરાવે છે.'

આ કાર્યક્રમમાં વડોદરાના જાણીતા ચિત્રકાર પરમ ગજ્જર, જાણીતા શિલ્પકાર કૃષ્ણ પડિયા તથા ચિત્રકાર અને સાહિત્યકાર પીયૂષ ઠક્કર ઉપરાંત વડોદરાના કલરસિકોની વિશેષ ઉપસ્થિતિ હતી.

કાર્યક્રમમાં ચિત્રકાર શ્રીમતી સરલાદેવી મઝૂમદાર પરિવારના સભ્ય પ્રણવભાઈ દેસાઇએ મહેમાનોનું શાબ્દિક સ્વાગત કર્યું અને ચિત્રકારનો પરિચય આપ્યો, કશ્યપ પરીખે પણ પોતાની લાગણી શબ્દો વ્યક્ત કરતાં જણાવ્યું કે ‘આ ચિત્રોનું પ્રદર્શન દરેક મોટાં શહેરોમાં થવું જોઈએ જેથી આજના યુવા ચિત્રકારો આ અલભ્ય શૈલીને જાણી અને માણી શકે.’ સમગ્ર કાર્યક્રમનું સંચાલન ધ્યેય જોષીએ કર્યું હતું. 

ઉપરોક્ત પ્રદર્શન 16 માર્ચ રવિવાર સુધી સવારે 9 થી રાત્રિના 8 સુધી ખલ્લુ રહેશે.

An exhibition of more than 100 paintings of realistic style created by Smt. Saraladevi Mazumdar more than 50 years ago is being held today. The exhibition was inaugurated by Ramnikbhai Jhapadia, Chairman, Kalatirtha Trust, Surat.

Patience, perseverance and harmony with colors in the whole work make us realize the artistic experience. '

Noted artist Param Gajjar, renowned sculptor Krishna Padia and painter and litterateur Piyush Thakkar were also present on the occasion.
