રાજ્યની મહાનગરપાલિકા વિસ્તારના ધારાસભ્યને મતવિસ્તારમાં રોડરસ્તાના કામો માટે ધારાસભ્યદીઠ રૂ. 2 કરોડની વધારાની ગ્રાન્ટ મંજૂરી

મહાનગરપાલિકા વિસ્તારોના 43 ધારાસભ્યોને મળશે કુલ 86 કરોડ રૂપિયા માર્ગ-મકાન વિભાગ દ્વારા ફાળવાશે

સીએમ ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલે રાજ્યની મહાનગરપાલિકા વિસ્તારોના ધારાસભ્યોને તેમના મતવિસ્તારના રોડરસ્તાના વિવિધ કામો માટે પ્રત્યેક ધારાસભ્યને બે કરોડ રૂપિયાની વધારાની ગ્રાન્ટ ફાળવવાનો મહત્વપૂર્ણ નિર્ણય કર્યો છે.

મહાનગરપાલિકા વિસ્તારોના ધારાસભ્યોને મહાનગરપાલિકાના પોતાના મતવિસ્તારમાં આવેલા ક્રોંકિટ, ડામરના નવા રોડ, જૂના રસ્તાઓના રિસરફેસિંગ, જે વિસ્તારમાં ડામર રોડ કે કોંક્રિટ રોડ બનાવી શકાય તેમ ન હોય તેવા રસ્તાઓ પર પેવર બ્લોકની કામગીરી કરવા માટે શહેરી વિકાસ વિભાગ દ્વારા ગ્રાન્ટ આપવામાં આવે છે.

મુખ્યમંત્રીએ શહેરી વિકાસ વિભાગની આ ગ્રાન્ટ ઉપરાંત આવા કામો માટે માર્ગ અને મકાન વિભાગની ગ્રાન્ટમાંથી ધારાસભ્યદીઠ વધારાની બે કરોડ રૂપિયાની ગ્રાન્ટ મંજૂર કરી છે. 

રાજ્યમાં મહાનગરપાલિકા વિસ્તારોના 43 ધારાસભ્યોને આ હેતુસર કુલ 86 કરોડ રૂપિયા માર્ગ અને મકાન વિભાગ દ્વારા ફાળવાશે.

મુખ્યમંત્રી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલના આ શહેરીજન સુખાકારીની વૃદ્ધિ કરતા નિર્ણયને પરિણામે મહાનગરોમાં ચોમાસા દરમિયાન માર્ગોને થયેલા નુકસાનનું ત્વરાએ મરામત કાર્ય હાથ ધરી શકાશે. એટલું જ નહીં, માર્ગોની સુધારણા, મજબૂતીકરણને પરિણામે અર્બન મોબોલિટીમાં પણ સુગમતા રહેશે.

મહાનગરપાલિકાઓએ સંબંધિત ધારાસભ્યઓના પરામર્શમાં રહીને આ ગ્રાન્ટમાંથી કામો હાથ ધરવાના દિશાનિર્દેશો આપવામાં આવ્યા છે.

A total of Rs 86 crore will be allocated by the Roads and Buildings Department to 43 MLAs of Municipal Corporation areas

Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has taken an important decision to allocate an additional grant of Rs two crore to the MLAs of the municipal corporation areas of the state for various road works in their constituencies.

The MLAs of the Municipal Corporation areas are given grants by the Urban Development Department for the construction of concrete, asphalt new roads, resurfacing of old roads, paver blocks on the roads in the area where asphalt roads or concrete roads cannot be built.

In addition to this grant of the Urban Development Department, the Chief Minister has sanctioned an additional grant of Rs two crore per MLA from the grant of the Roads and Buildings Department for such works. 

A total of Rs 86 crore will be allocated by the Roads and Buildings Department to 43 MLAs of municipal corporation areas in the state for this purpose.

As a result of this decision of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel to enhance the well-being of the urban people, the repair work of the roads damaged during the monsoon in the metros can be done quickly. Not only this, there will also be flexibility in urban mobility as a result of improvement and strengthening of roads.

Municipal corporations have been given instructions to carry out works from this grant in consultation with the concerned MLAs.
