ગુજરાતમાં સાત દિવસ હવામાન શુષ્ક રહેશે. લઘુતમ તાપમાનમાં ફેરફાર થતાં રહેશે. હાલ ગુજરાતમાં પવનની દિશા ઉત્તરથી ઉત્તર પૂર્વની છે. આકાશ સ્વચ્છ રહેશે.

ગુજરાતમાં સવારે ઠંડી બપોરે ગરમીઃ મોસમની મજાને બદલે સજા

અમદાવાદ: ઠંડીની ઋતુ મજા માણવાની ખાવાપીવાની ઋતુ માનવામાં આવે છે આ સાથે શિયાળો કસરત કરવાની અને તાજામાજા રહેવાની પણ ઋતુ છે, જોકે ગુજરાતમાં છેલ્લા એકાદ અઠવાડિયાથી શિયાળો મજાને બદલે સજા જેવો બની ગયો છે. અહીં વહેલી સવારે અને મોડી સાંજથી ઠંડી અને પવન ફૂંકાવાનો શરૂ થયા છે, પરંતુ લગભગ સવારે 10 વાગ્યાથી સાંજે પાંચ સુધી ગરમીનો માહોલ રહે છે. મોટા ભાગના શહેરોમાં આવું વાતાવરણ જોવા મળે છે, આથી બીમારીનું પ્રમાણ વધી ગયું છે. શરદી ઉધરસ, વાયરલ ઈન્ફેક્શન વગેરેના કેસમાં ધરખમ વધારો થયો છે. 

હવામાન વિભાગની મહિતી મુજબ ગુરુવારે નલિયા 10 ડિગ્રી લઘુતમ તાપમાન સાથે રાજ્યનું સૌથી ઠંડુ શહેર બન્યું હતું. આ સાથે અમદાવાદમાં 14 ડિગ્રી, ગાંધીનગરમાં 12 ડિગ્રી, રાજકોટમાં 12 ડિગ્રી, પોરબંદરમાં 15 ડિગ્રીની આસપાસ લધુત્તમ તાપમાન નોંધાયું હતું. આ ઉપરાંત વડોદરામાં 15 ડિગ્રી અને સુરતમાં 18 ડિગ્રી લઘુતમ તાપમાન નોંધાયું હતું. જોકે આ તાપમાન સવારનું હતું. સવાર અને બપોરના તાપમાન વચ્ચે બેથી ચાર ડિગ્રીનો તફાવત જોવા મળે છે. 

અમદાવાદના હવામાન વિભાગના ડાયરેક્ટરના જણાવ્યા મુજબ ગુજરાતમાં સાત દિવસ હવામાન શુષ્ક રહેશે. લઘુતમ તાપમાનમાં ફેરફાર થતાં રહેશે. હાલ ગુજરાતમાં પવનની દિશા ઉત્તરથી ઉત્તર પૂર્વની છે. અમદાવાદ અને આસપાસના વિસ્તારોમાં આકાશ સ્વચ્છ રહેશે. 

જોકે અમદાવાદ સહિતના શહેરોમાં પ્રદુષણ વધી રહ્યું છે અને બીમાર પડવાનું આ પણ એક મુખ્ય કારણ છે.

Cold mornings, hot afternoons in Gujarat

AHMEDABAD: Winter is considered to be the season of fun and frolic, but the winter in Gujarat has become more like a punishment than fun over the past few weeks. Here the cold and wind has started from early morning and late evening, but the heat is from about 10 am to 5 pm. Such an atmosphere is seen in most cities, due to which the rate of disease has increased. Cases of viral fever, cold and cough are on the rise. 

According to the Meteorological Department, Naliya became the coldest city in the state on Thursday with a minimum temperature of 10 degrees. The minimum temperature was 14 degrees Celsius in Ahmedabad, 12 degrees Celsius in Gandhinagar, 12 degrees Celsius in Rajkot and 15 degrees Celsius in Porbandar. The minimum temperature was recorded at 18 degrees Celsius in Surat and 15 degrees Celsius in Vadodara. But it was warm in the morning. There is a difference of two to four degrees between the morning and afternoon temperature. 

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Ahmedabad, the weather will remain dry in the coming days. Minimum temperatures will vary. At present, the wind direction in Gujarat is from north to north-east. The sky will remain clear in Ahmedabad and its adjoining areas. 

However, pollution is increasing in cities including Ahmedabad and this is also one of the main reasons for falling ill.
